If anyone knows can a child below 16yo baptist without parent's consent or acknowledgement? So meaning to say, parent has no idea the child has been baptist. Thanks.

Yes it's normal. They can go to church. And go for water baptism without ANY parental consent. I witness it myself (but didn't go thru it) it seems like you don't need any parental consent in order to be baptized The church i went to was quite a popular church for pulling youngster in.

From what I know they will usually talk to you. I guess it also depends on the age of the child. Most of the time it's not an issue especially if you are referring to teenagers.
