help

Idk if this is normal but my LO's appetite has become increasingly more these past few days especially around noon like that. I'm trying not to feed him in large volume bcos he tends to vomit everything out but it can get so exhausting! He's about 2 weeks plus now. Here's the feeding schedule: 7am- 60mls 830am- 60mls 1030am - 60mls 1130am - 30mls 1215pm - 30mls 1245pm - 30mls 130pm - 30mls 2pm - 60mls 230pm - 30mls Is this a growth spurt??
