Silent reflux in babies

Hi, any of your little ones facing silent reflux even at 5months? Any tips and advice on how to manage? We try to burp him after every 20-30mls and keep him upright for atleast 20mins after feeding. When does it get better? Feel bad to see my baby suffer :(#advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby

it happened to my bb too. at times sleep halfway also suddenly arch and cry. i tried same methods of interval burping throughtout same feed and also sit upright 15mins but didnt improve much. in the end heard from another mummy, i changed milk powder, same brand but different country. no need to interval burp at same feed , sit upright for 15mins nor arch during sleep anymore
