You cannot take ginseng because it is harmful for you and your baby ! Never mind the milk supply! Ginseng is too strong of a herb to be introduced to your little one via breastmilk.

no u cant. Ginseng is very strong. Wat evr u drink, it will effect e baby. If u r not breastfeeding den its ok u can take
