Brown discharge with fleshy lump of tissue 4weeks GA

as I woke up this morning and emptied my bladder, I noticed light brown spotting and tan colored lump of tissue. What could it be?

As per my OB. Implantation bleeding and or mga naiwang dugo na supposed to be old regla ko pa. Best consult your OB dahil e checheck nila na kung may bleeding sa loob. Pag walang bleeding then you are totally fine
