strain

I was doing laundry earlier.. once done I try to off switch but strain my right side. Now painful.. will it cause bad problem to my unborn? Should i visit doctor asap?

U shud take a break n rest.. give it a day n see how if it still hurts or baby movements decrease den go see doctor..
