I used to use it but not my favorite because it can be a bit messy to wash. And sometimes I take it out the blood spills everywhere lol. You need to fold it correctly, insertion is a bit challenging and slightly painful sometimes. It is economical and environmentally friendly though. I used the Diva cup.
It takes a time to adjust yourself with M-cups. But once you are comfortable , these are a saviour . There will be a hefty reduction in your expenditure as other alternatives(pads,tampons) are quite expensive plus these can last you for as long as five years.Go for Sirona or sannap cups.
