Menstrual Panadol pills for period pains

I’ve always relied on the pink menstrual Panadol pills whenever my period comes to curb my menstrual cramps. Wanted to buy since I ran out of it but I’ve searched physical stores and online yet everywhere is sold out. Anyone knows where to get? Or any alternative medicine to help with the pain?

I found this menstrual patch in MY and i swear it helped me go through my menstrual cramps. It is a herbal patch and it starts off with a cooling sensation and subsequently becomes warm. It feels a little like the hand warmer pouches from Daiso where you have to shake/press it to warm up. So when you are moving around throughout the day the warmth helps with the pain to a point where i can stop taking the pink pills.

Maybe as an alternative you can use warm water bottle to put on abdominal area or heat pack instead of the panadol. But if pain persistent then get prescribe medication or physical store like unity, watson, pharmacy, supermarkets to try your luck on purchasing.
