if u r having bleeding nose again, do drink more plain water n take a bath right after it stop.. never lie back or head up. some might try to put some ice on the nose area but better to go to hospital for check up since the ice might get the blood vessel cloth. not all the method is suitable.. the nose bleed might coz by bloody mucus / injury..
