Need a relief Im 7 weeks pregnant and i feel lower back pain on the right 2 days until now.

I usually wash with water after i urinate but today when i wash i felt some sticky transparent color to white from my vagina. And just feel also cramps in my lower abdomen. Is it normal? Or i have to go the hospital now?
