Help!

I think my BM getting reduce ? 10 mins of pump can’t even get 1oz ?? LO is 5 months old and love to BF when I’m at home. I’m a full time working Mom... every 3 hours will pump BM and DL at home. I have tried so many milk booster but everything seems like not working. Is it the time already that I have to stop BF? I want to BF her till she 6 months at least ??

Jangan stress sis,bila stress pun susu tak nak keluar,cuba sis try letak gmbr baby sis dpn sis,byang kn yg indah2,happy2,insyaallah susu kuar nanti.. Try mkn lobak putih jd kn sayur dan buat jus pegaga minum,nak mudah bli je susu kurma farm fresh tu..sis minum
