I just started work less thn 3 months however Today the company wants me to serve 1 month notice saying I take too many mc and I just informed them last week that I am pregnant. What should I do

Report to MOM immediately!! If a pregnant employee is dismissed without sufficient cause, or is retrenched, the employer is still required to pay her maternity benefits. Don't let them get away with it

You must have worked for your employer for at least 3 months for this maternity protection but you may still file a complaint with MOM for failure to follow due process.
