Early pregnancy frequent urination

I just scanned and baby around 4-5 weeks old but i asyik nak terkencing, boleh katakan setiap setengah jam/jam akan pergi toilet. Until night time before sleeping pun jadi mcm ni, saya rasa penat walaupun baru, mcm mana saya boleh buat utk kurangkan ya? Is there anything i can do?

This happened to me too on my firsts trimester. Its one of the pregnancy symptoms so dont worry too much about it just that you need to go through it lah. It will get worse before it gets better not gonna lie. But it will get better so just hang in there okay mommy!

Ikr, but usually ppl would lemme know that 3rd trimester you’d feel the urge to pee more, but i already feel like peeing so often in my first so, im quite worried🥲 i will try my best, thank you!
