Bleeding in early pregnancy

I was rushed to the ER because I bled a red fresh blood and mild pain sa balakang. Napuno ung pantyliners ko. Then I undergo a spectrum check and advised to take duphaston twice a day. Now I went to a sono for a transvi check, and based on the reading, there is no baby yet but the gestational sac and yolk sac. Based on the reading, my baby is 5 weeks old instead of 7 weeks 3 days old if I'll based it on my last period. The photo attached is the first spotting before the bleeding happened.

Baka po nag babawas ka lang momsh? Wag po kayo masyado mag worry makakasama po yan kay baby, kadalasan normal naman po ang bleeding sa 1st tri. And about late ovulation, normal din po yun yung sakin po nung unang punta ko sa OB dapat nasa 9 weeks na baby ko, pero nung nakita sa ultrasound 6 weeks palang and wala pang heartbeat, yolk sac palang, pinaulit yung ultrasound ko after 3 weeks tapos ayun may heartbeat na po si baby. Pray lang po kayo and sundin yung sinasabi ng doctor. God bless po.
