Bleeding in early pregnancy

I rush to the ER because I bleed a red fresh blood and mild pain sa balakang. Napuno ung pantyliners ko. Then I undergo a spectrum check and advised to take duphaston twice a day. Now I went to a sono for a transvi check, and based on the reading, there is no baby yet but the gestational sac and yolk sac. Based on the reading, my baby is 5 weeks old instead of 7 weeks 3 days old if I'll based it on my last period. The photo attached is the first spotting before the bleeding happened.

Ganyan din po case k may bleeding po tas binigyan ako ng duphaston every 8 hours den nagpa ultrasound ok nman c baby pero after 1 month po may bleeding na nman po ako

Same case with me except that it is only gestational sac, no yolk sac and fetal pole. I have a subchrionic hematoma based on my transv. Niresetahan ako n OB ng pagstop ng bleeding at pampakapit tpos pahinga po. Up until now may bleeding pa din ako. How about you po, any update?
