I am part of a mummy group on WA. And all the mummy do all day is talk about what new things they have bought or signed up their kids for. They talk about buying 2-3 breast pumps, high tea at various hotels, the best tula carriers to buy, sending their kids for swimming etc. I really feel my heart pain when I see what they can offer their kids and what I cannot. Any other mummy feel this way also?

time and love is something that $ cant buy... as long as u spend ur precious time and giving u endless love to the LO .. its already the best gifts of all ..

I can understand how you feel. Why dont join another mummy group which is more suitable for you? And can chat about other things like cooking, baby health and etc

I would not join such a group. i would exit. materials are not important to me. sounds to me they are on a different page as me. different lingo so I'll opt out.

Don't compare, mummy. Like what the other mummies have said, just do selective reading or just mute the chat and join in only when it's relevant.

Jus do selective reading can ler. I'm also in afew wa group. Can chat de chat, cannot chat de jus skip or leave lol.

I'm a mummy of 4. Some of those that u mentioned, i can't afford too. U just dont feel bad. Cheer up!

Agree with what Agnes says. Don't be stressed by the peer pressure or rather mummies pressure.

nvr compare mummy, spend ur time to care for LO rather. if feel stress i rather exit the grp.

Why do they need so many breast pumps? They have more than 2 breasts?! Lol
