Talk to husband or parent. Consult those experience mummy. I am als in 30wks and trying to relax. Not to think too much as FTM. Don't think about all the pain and process, just enjoy and rest before baby is out. 💪
Hey, I understand what you are feeling but always remember that bundle of happiness is coming your way very soon :) Whenever you feel this way, share this with your husband and loved ones. Sharing your feelings always helps.
It's your hormones. You need to speak and tell someone how u feel to relieve. I used to cry over peanut matter but after that I felt fine. Otherwise seek for depression help line.
Maybe you can find support groups and talk to mummies who have children around the same age as you to listen to challenges they face and how they overcome them.
Are you over stressed or over think? Don’t be!!! Have a date with hubby :) go picnic / nice dinner / go Swimming together / shopping with friends
Talk to your husband , close family members or a good friend. They will Be able to lend you emotional support during this period take care!
Let it out momsh. Talk to your partner or someone. Go out for a stroll/walk. Drink your favorite juice or eat your favorite food.
Do surround yourself with positive and supportive people and seek medical help if you’re comfortable. You can do this!
I talk to my hubby about everything and also to my mummies friend. Talk it all out and you will feel better
