Dear All, I understand your problem, Its completely normal to feel that way ,but don't over do it. Just be happy that you are the most blessed person to have that little one growing inside you. Its you and its all about you and ur baby. Talk to your baby when you feel so depressed. Belive me they listen to you .Also they will comfort you ,I have tried and it works .Just be happy for your blessing. At times we feel down but that is a passing cloud. You are amazing, the universe have given you the opportunity to give birth to a new life. You will be amazed to see them in your arms very soon .

What did u mean by depressed with delivery? Frightened? What u can do ah.. go for prenatal massages and get those tensed muscles a break! Put all cute baby pictures everywhere you can see. Change your mindset that everything will be WORTH IT. Go for prenatal yoga, join mummies group and have little meetup or sonething with similar pregnant mummies for support. Eat your favourite food and savor the goodness slowly. Say love to your husband everyday. It’s the depressing pregnancy hormones in the work, BUT YOU CAN FIGHT THEM.

At the start of every morning, i try to think about what I'm thankful for - the miracle of life, privilege to become a mum, loving husband, etc. Then i tend to go about the day more light hearted. Can find 1 thing to think positive about and be happier throughout the day. It can be: thankful for a good night's rest, or no swollen feet, or no backaches. Or, even waking up to a rainy day that makes it so comfortable to sleep. I hope that helps!

Other than the above suggestions, you can also: 1. have a good cry, its perfectly ok; 2. engage in light activities to take your mind off things; 3. Set realistic goals so you won’t become overwhelmed; 4. Eat a balanced diet to stay healthy. Some food helps to improve moods. For me, its chocolate...heehee. 5. Do deep breathing exercises to relax. Take care.

I felt the same way too. Every week I would break down. I found it helpful when I talk to a fellow mummy who’s pregnant too. While I totally get that it is hard to control how you feel, but pls try and keep only happy thoughts. Think about all the blessings and imagine yourself holding your precious little one in your arms!

watch happy movies, go for a walk or swim, read romatic novels. i am also in my 30 week i was feeling the same and showing temper with the pple ard me for no reason. i started on books and online shopping to divert my mind. it works, hang it there babe ....

it's perfectly fine if you feel down during the pregnancy. what I did at that point of time was to visualise the day I hold him in my arms, sing to him, bring him to the park and etc to appreciate and enjoy current moment. you can do mummy!

Im also like you week 30 suddenly feel depressed and i will start crying over things when nobody is around. After i calm myself down, i will talk to baby inside me and remind myself that crying is not good for baby.
