High BP during pregnancy

I am now 29weeks of pregnancy & my blood pressure is rising. Yesterday was 145/89 AFTER i take 3pills of Labetalol.. I am now worried of my baby & my situation after the delivery as I know I have a high chance of seizure / blood clot / pulmonary embolism.. ? what should i do? so far i didnt have any other symptoms (no headache, no swollen leg, no protein in urine), but I know that I have 'thick' blood as previously during the time i donate blood, i will be the one who finish late coz of my blood. Help me. im very worried. ?
