My mom used to wake us in the morning, especially school days, through music. As in she turns on the radio and tune in to those loud stations like Love Radio where good vibes music are played. Who won't get up because of that? Haha. But it was really effective that we wake up dancing towards the dining table or danced to the bathroom. And mom usually dance with us too so it's a good way to promote good vibes and it shakes your entire body. Such a good boost to start up the day! Give it a try ;)

You can help your child find a sport or activity that he will enjoy. The happier he is, the more he will likely continue the activity/sport. If you can also join him, the better as it will be a great way to spend time together.
