I have this too. can't lie on my back. Once I do I cannot move and I'm like stuck in pain in that position. Use a heat pack and constantly be active. You must stretch and exercise, it really helps to manage the pain. Even simple hip rotation will help. Get a gym ball too. Google for gym ball stretching. Trust me you will not regret it
Yessh! Sciatica pain is very very common and can happen anytime. I remember mine lasted more than 2 weeks, it was very painful especially when walking
Yup. It’s like that. Have to do some gentle exercise and try to walk abit. It will get better
