proceeding C-section next week

I need to fast from the eve of my C-section. I used to have breakfast otherwise will have dizzy. . Any alternative what else I have it before my op ?

What time is your ops? Im gg for my c sect next week too, my gynae advise me to fast 6hrs prior

Inform your gynae about it and discuss the various options available.

Mine have to fast 8 hrs prior. Have to ask your gynae for advise
