based on my experience, gbs didnt cause u to miscarry at earlier stage of pregnancy. however, u need to keep your eye on your sugar level. high sugar level contributes the bacteria to broke your water sac earlier and leads to premature birth. stay positive.
No it has no connection with miscarriage. If you have Group Strep B the Gynae will just give you antibiotics during delivery to prevent your baby from getting it that's all.
No you won't. During your labour, doctor will give you an antibiotic thru your IV drip It's pretty common actually.
Common. Nothing is wrong. Do not fret. I had to take the antibiotics for my second delivery. Chill out =)
