Kombucha!

Drink oat in morning in between eat multigrain bread. For bloated stop spicy food whatever consist chilli try to avoid, cut ginger soak with hot water 1 jug can put abit sugar drink eat for whole day. But my nausea didn go away😣

I had the same issue in 1st trimester.. Daughter aked me to stop supplements.. Just continue with folic.. Then i was fine.. In 2nd trimester he reduced the dosage of supplements..

I got this from my gynae. Can get from watsons/guardian pharmacy. It works for me & safe for baby. You might check with your gynae if you can take this as well.
