Heartburn

I have gastritis even before pregnancy started. My doctors said it is even normal if during pregnancy easily to get heartburn or gastritis cus the womb is getting bigger and pushing up the tummy space.. so nothing much to worry. Pregnancy can takes gaviscon / any other gastritis meds as prescribed by docs.

if u are not pregnant then gaviscon can help. but if u are pregnant i suggest that u just sleep it off like me😂

try avoid oily spicy food. take small frequent meal.
