Use a pregnancy pillow or stack some normal pillow for more support and try to alternate on your side when you sleep. It’s ok to sleep on your right side too. Just need to alternate and don’t lie flat on your back.

Am 35 weeks and I have the same issue as we are nearing the due date this will happen so don't worry .....my whole side goes numb at times while sleeping on either side .....so it's perfectly normal for this to happen will continue till you deliver your darling angle
