Third trimester 34 Weeks Pregnancy Symptoms

Hi everyone! Its normal to have heartburn & abdominal pain now, i able to endure it. But recently, my left breast so cramp . I wonder why its so cramp even i sleep on left side , i can feel the pain and also my under breast has rashes/red marks too. I do not know if its normal to have this such situation and I need some comments! Thank you!!
