Foods to avoid for healthy pregnancy
I know there are many foods we can still eat or drink during pregnancy (in moderation). What are the absolute NO-NOs?

I’m not sure if there’s an absolute no no. But generally fish that are high in mercury, raw foods and alcohol are not recommended. For caffeine, Maggie mee and snacks are just eat in moderation. I Guess the most important thing is to ensure an overall balanced diet (: don’t overindulge
