Depends how fast u heal if your are vaginal birth. My wound healed at about 3 weeks. Resume sex at 6 weeks still feeling sore. Until 12 weeks is normal. I can across numbers of mummies also resume at 8-12 weeks. But some resume at 4 weeks.

That would be.. quite brave. Whether you deliver via normal vaginal delivery or C-section, you’ll still be sore at 3 weeks. Think the usual recommendation is 6-8 weeks.

Me. I had sex 3 weeks after delivery. Natural no epidural. My stitches have healed by 2 weeks and no longer bleeding.

It is totally up to an individual’s preference as long as the body is healed and recovered from delivery
