May I know if body binder is really effective for normal delivery. I know for c-sect is good but I was told by my friend that normal delivery actually don't do much effect.

H, what your friends and the above reply said is true. I lost research into it previouslyy and a binder after a normal delivery is more of a quick fix to give abdominal stability and strength. During pregnancy, your core muscles are stretched and relaxed and things just don't feel quite right after delivery so the binder is there to help u hold things in. But if you go without the binder, the body will actually learn better and faster to recover the strength yar. All the best :)
