If this is your first pregnancy, it’s an average of 1cm per hour (till you reach 10cm). With epidural, may be longer. And because you were induced, it may also be longer. Bursting the water bag will hopefully make the contractions stronger and more frequent to get things going.

Ah ok. Well, you’re at 4cm already and they’re going to burst the water bag. After they burst it, it can take 1-6hrs probably. Only in rare situations, you won’t be able to dilate fully and will need a C-section. But being your 4th child, it could potentially be really fast:) for my 2nd child, baby was out within 1 hour or my water bag bursting. But I was in severe pain 😅
