VCO (virgin coconut oil) / minyak kelapa dara

I heard this supplement help alot during pregnancy and delivery. Mommies out there what is ur opinion? Mind to share ur experience? If really helps, when is the right time to start to take this? I'm currently 17weeks pregnant.
