7 mths can start consume, together with coconut drink. i dont get the chance to give birth vaginally due to poor dilution progress. but baby is healthy with thick hair and no jaundice :)
Depends. but physical exercise do help alot. be more active like walking 15-20 mins per day during 2nd and 3rd trim.. drink more water and do some perineal massage for easy deliver..
Its gud to use coconut virgin oil..its make ur delivery proses smoothly n easy..u must take it when ur pregnancy at 36 weeks above
My midwife doesn't suggest to drink virgin oil because it make that 'jalan' lambat buka.
