Is it okay to use efficacent oil or Vicks vaporub during 1st trimester of pregnancy?

I am having a little headache caused by sinusitis. And I have been using Vicks inhaler and sometimes efficacent oil and rub it on my forehead to have some relief from this headache. Will it affect my developing baby? I am now on my 9th week of pregnancy. TIA.

Vicks siguro okay lang, pero yung efficascent oil wag na po. Tho okay naman pareho kaso masyadong matapang yung oil

Bawal daw po ilagay sa tiyan, pero baka pwede sa ibang parte ng katawan
