Question about miscarriage at 9th week.

Mommies, is it possible to have a miscarriage at 9th week of pregnancy? I woke up this morning lying on my stomach and I am afraid it could affect my baby. I don't experience having tender breasts and nausea which I been experiencing since the first month of my pregnancy. Hope you can help me. Thank you in advance! ?????
