IVF Pregnancy : 5 weeks 1 day can only see Gestational Sac

Hi all do i have to be worried that i can only see the gestational sac now? I heard from my cousin that she alr can see foetal heartbeat at Week 5. Im very worried and have been having nervous breakdown.
