I have a question how will you know if its miscarriage?? I tested positive yesterday and i was 4 days late then i woke up my abdomen hurts so much i never felt this before then i have nausea.. then i bled so much like so muchhh.

Yes, possible that you had a miscarriage. Based on your story, you got positive result in PT then you bled which could be a sign. Have yourself checked by an OB for you to confirm. Hugs to you mommy.
