possitive pt and blood test but no sac found in ultrasound

i had a positive result in urine and blood in pregnancy..the first date of my LMP is Dec. 17 2019..i was indergo by an ultrasound and the doctor said that there was no sac found and i am bleeding for almost a week..what possible case happen to me?

Sis ano po update dito? Ano po nangyare sa baby mo? Same case po sakin sis. Wala pa makita na sac. 7 weeks based on my lmp😞

kumusta po? Same tayo. since nagbleed ako clinical diagnosis ng gynecologist ko is threatened vs complete abortion. dahil jan dina ako bumalik sa ob ko. Nagpacheck ako dito sa amin sa partera "bisaya" , lumang paraan ng pagpapaanak..Sabi niya dito pa si baby ko at ramdam ko din nmn. kaya nagbebed rest pa rin ako since nagbleeding ako. hinilot din niya tiyan ko.
