Positive PT but no sac found in Ultrasound

Delayed for 3 weeks. I took 6-7 Different brand of PT and it turns out POSITIVE. I undergo ultrasound but no sac was found. I tried PT again, it turned out to be positive. What is the cause of this?

you need to wait po na mag 7 weeks napo yung tiyan niyo para may hearbeat na din si baby 3 weeks delayed po is very early same sakin walang any sac nanakita but nav positive ako umulit po ako mag pa tvs nung nag 7 weeks na tiyan ko

try nyo po antay til 6 weeks bago kayo pa trans V ultrasound.
