Post partum blues can last for a few weeks due to hormonal changes. Its normal that we will get weepy and cry at the slightest thing. I was down for abt 2 weeks and for me I always want to cry whenever my husband goes to work and I think about my CL leaving after 1 month and how I am going to cope alone. Thankfully my mood gradually lifted day by day after that with love and support from my husband. Try to focus on the baby and do seek help and support from your loved ones. It is very important as it will affect bonding with your baby too. Do take note it should not linger for months though if it does, do seek professional help. All the best ❤️

Its good to let it all out when it’s overwhelming rather than keeping it all in. All the hormones and taking care of yourself and a newborn is such hard work! Talk to your husband and share your worries together to feel less pressure on yourself. 💪🏻

I was also like this for the first 3 months. I just felt so alone, so exhausted, so lonely. It can be baby blues. Talk to your love ones and it will help if someone would be there by your side. Stay strong! You're doing great 💕

Is normal. Somemore during that time my LO has jaundice whenever he need to go poly clinic for the test and fail I will start crying. Is normal no worries... But my husband keeps say I paranoid during that period. 😩

It could be baby blues... No worries I had experienced that before. Feeling extremely emotional and even crying over a very very small issue due to overthinking. Talk to your hubby. He is your pillar of support.

Yeah I was down for 2 months or so... it’ll get better eventually. But during this time pls reach out to hubby and friends or whoever for support!

Hormonal imbalance. Just think positively. Talk to your hubs. Don't keep it in
