breastfeeding problem.

Hi, i just gave birth last january 24, 2020. Almost 1 month na c baby, una plng nag breastfeed ako sakanya, then 2 weeks nagkasakit po ako,(headache & 2 days fever), Nawala yung supply ng breastmilk ko, ask ko lng po kung pano mabalik yung breastmilk ko kasi gsto ko pa din breastfeed c baby. Pa help nman po ako. Salamat momshies!

Pa suck mo po sakanya lage kusang lalabas un.. unli latch mo na after... Hormone kasi un maiinduce sya by sucking ... Then pag meron na magtake ka ng mga malunggay supplements and malunggay veggies to promote production

Drink lots of water, warm compress mu ung breast mu then massage sis bblik yan.. Heheh! 😊
