Totoo ba ang binat?

Hi. I gave birth last May 19 in a normal delivery. Everything's fine except for my pelvic pain. Now this week, my bodyache worsened. Masakit buong katawan ko. And today, I caught colds and cough. Tapos ang lamig ng feeling ko but I can feel fever inside my body. Is this a sign of binat?

Pwede pong binat momsh. But at the same time, kung may ubo at sipon po kayo, pwedeng viral infection or flu. Better po pa-check up kayo to be sure or take a swab test na rin to protect those around you especially your baby. But yes, binat is real. Take care of yourself, mommy.
