shortness of breathe,gerd

Hi! For a couple of days now I have been experiencing shortness of breathe. I dont have any cough, colds nor fever. But it all started when I was not able to control my eating habit until I felt bloated. I am taking omperazole for 9days now & had finished course for domperidone. All my symptoms falls under GERD. I would like to know how can I totally cure this esp. the shortness of breathe? Btw everytime I feel shortness of breathe, in a couple of minutes i'd burp & feel a relief. I can also feel tightness in the diaphragm area.
