Trying to conceive

I got this faint line tonight. Got a fever last night and body pain with nausea. this morning I felt better. no fever, but a little bit dizzy and a uneasy stomach. After eating I feel like vomiting. Im confuse. because I had my period early this month. Any Idea?

Sabi lang ng OB ko mag hintay lang hanggang May 3 kasi masyado pa daw maaga para mag positive.
