Yes, drink plenty of water, get lots of rest, and have a honey-based lozenge to help soothe the throat.
Vitamin C effervescent tablets are my go-to remedy whenever I start to fall sick. Works like a charm!

gargle with Luke warm water with a pinch of asafoetida and turmeric in it. Definitely does help

Try honey mixed with tea with a dash of lemon or straight up one tbsp lemon.
Warm water with honey and a little bit of lemon. My family swears by it
