Hi , this is my first baby , and I’m pregnant 11 week .

I feel lazy ,dizziness , sleepy I got morning sickness, back pain, no more to go for work handle my work task is so heavy . How to handle this ? My mind like to eat rest and stay at home .

It’s normal to feel that way especially during the first trimester (first 3 months) of pregnancy. Try to eat on time, eat nutritious food, avoid caffeine if possible, and get enough rest. Try to think positive, that your body is doing something wonderful - carrying your baby! Motivate yourself to take better care of you & baby, I know it’s hard at times but it will be worth it.
