Vaginal Discharge

hi, i am currently pregnant by 6 weeks 3 days as per calendar, however, yesterday i went to clinic, the doctor showed me that its just 5 weeks 2 days. and after that, i had vaginal discharge much and different as usual. is it normal? and there’s any ways to overcome or lessen the vaginal discharge?
