It’s up to you. I requested to let my baby stay with me in the ward and they let me... my baby accompanied me till the next day. I wasn’t tired or anything cause I was so excited since it’s my first child 😅 now that I’m pregnant again, I’ll let them bring back to the baby room...

They will bring baby to you after you move to ward. But you can request for them to keep the baby at nursery. That’s what I did as I really need rest.

You can choose to have your baby with you throughout or only during feeding...

if baby is healthy/no complications they will leave baby in ward with u.

They will take to baby back to the nursery upon request.

if baby is rlly fine, they will bring baby w you
