I mixed the milk with milo 😁 So all the samples of maternal milk powder didn’t go to waste and the drink tasted good. Heh. I dissolved the milo gao siew dai powder in warm water (made a big batch), then chilled it in the fridge. Every day, I make a glass of milk and add in the milo to whatever ratio tastes good.
Should be fine but dont take it everyday, that's a lot of sugar in there and you want to avoid getting GD
Yes please try flavoured milk. Different flavours will give your refresh your taste buds towards milk
I also cannot drink milk. I just eat foods rich in calcium. Yogurt is also a nice substitute.
I drink chocolate milk! The only plain milk I drink is when I eat with cornflakes
Can take cheese? Cheese nutrition same as milk. My baby nanny told me one
Should be OK but best to stick to milk, maybe flavoured ones
Vitagen is alright to take. Best to take maternal milk.
Lactose free milk was my friend during pregnancy
What about soy milk? Or you can try oat milk.
