Front carrier, 3 weeks baby too small. Not recommended Did they write starting from how many kg baby can be sit in? Suggest get a carrier is suitable for infants. Eg 3kg to 7kg. Eg : https://ergobaby.com/

Hipseat and front facing carrier are not suitable for young and newborn babies, bad for their hip and legs development. Use a back facing carrier(from newborn) or sling instead.

3 weeks old baby would usually require head support, would be good to baby carry once baby's neck is strong enough

Usually if I’m not wrong hipster are best for 3mo and onwards. Otherwise I think an infant insert is required

Cannot not suitable for newborn. This one suitable once they can crawl and seat on their own.

Go to Carousell and get secondhand Kokadi baby flip carrier. Suitable for newborns.

Super Mum

Nope. Not suitable. Front facing and hip seat are for older infants.

Better not as your baby still don’t know how to support the head
